im looking for someone in SC that does transom work on the side

My Scarab 34 got new transom few years ago... it's big work to done but not so difficult. I can look at my pics, if there is few project pics left to show you.

If you do the drivetrain R&R you can probably get qualified glass shop to do transom at a fair "winter " rate .Even though they don't advertise it a lot of shops will bargain a little more in winter just to keep the guys busy and paid.. As ksalmine stated it's not hard ,but is a chitty job for those of use that don't like ground "itching dust".The problem I see with getting someone "on the side" is you get what you get, and who is backing the quality of the job

Blade where in SC are you at? Marine Pro in Chapin SC does good fiberglass repair. Full service shop

I think motor was saying if you do the removal and reinstall of the motors, drives, rigging yourself then a fiberglass shop will give you a much better price?
