Exclamation Few Questions on installing Procharger on new Long Block 502

Hi Guys.

This is my first boat so im learning all the little tricks when working on it and had a few questions that i couldnt find on the search button.

Ive got a 98 Sunsation Aggressor with the Mercruiser 502 MAG MPI w/ M-1 Procharger SC.

Ive been fitting the procharger on the new long block and cant seem to get it ligned up right with the spacers that came off the old engine, could this be because the new long bock may have different specs requiring different spacers than originally?

Also, should i replace the fuel injector O-Rings while im at it?

Thanks for any help guys, i am mechanincally inclined and dont have the funds to pay the marina do to this type of work.

-Matt
