Thanks guys.
Winter ain't gonna slow us down any now, why they invented parka's. Looking at options of rolling it West for a few days to cut the travel time across the big pond. Maybe roll a little coal in Cali on way out.. :-)

Wheel is on.

At least half dozen people told me there was no way to make a standard Seastar till unit work with an Eaton / Char-Lynn hydraulic steering pump. So guess I'll assign a part # to this fancy adapter ring, and send them all a dealer application..

Seriously, it turned out pretty nice for a quick hack job. Couple modifications required to the Seastar hardware, but overall was pretty easy mod. Now on to the power steering pumps and lines.

Necessity is the mother of invention. ^^^

Looking great, very keen to see what happens in the paint shop. Personally, I like it white but its not my coin!

Just so happens that I “know a guy” on the West Coast (he is actually my brother) and he’s a great host so I’m gonna send him a link to this thread.
I am sure he’ll chime in shortly.

We certainly appreciate any and all west coast support, since most of our on water testing time will likely take place out there. Helps to have plenty of contacts while in town.

So far I have two staging spots on my LA list. GT Performance in Upland, who I've worked with on some cool electronic projects over past couple years. And right down the road, a little known shop by the guy who's name appears under those glass lids.. Between those two shops, should cover any major diesel or rigging related issues. But as far as good testing lake, I've only been to one last year.

My cabinet maker friend stopped by today to final fit the back seat assembly. Couple lifting rings, hinge for easy center hole access, and then it's all off to the upholstery shop.

I think it's gonna work out pretty nicely..
