Thanks man, catch ya next trip.
Spent most of the today chasing what I thought was a leaking O-ring fitting on STBD coolant reservoir. Only to discover we fixed that on Friday and it was actually a gasket on the block off plate right beside it.. Can't see behind those tight fitting reservoir tanks, a product of hero or zero design corp...

So tomorrow the plan is top off the coolant tanks and pressure test both systems. Hopefully for the last time. Then I have a couple ECM harness related bugs to address, and a good days worth of other wiring to finish up. Including the N2k engines gateway to the dash gauges, being an important one. Hope to hit the small pond again late Wednesday and let them idle for while before hitting the big pond Thursday.

Jinx....

Filled both cooling systems with 6-gallons of Evans and pumped em up to 10psi. Stbd side tested good. Then I spent most of today chasing little drip leaks on the port cooling system. Of course they were also behind the reservoir tank. One was the factory GM bleed screw, and then found a pinhole in a weld on the coolant tank itself. So fixing that now and try again tomorrow. I hope it leaks......

Had to chase down a couple more coolant system leaks last week, but have all those sorted now. Yesterday we were able to get back in the pond and let both engines run for a bit. Nothing to exciting, just confirmed a couple wiring bugs I knew needed addressed.

Since weather isn't looking very good for next couple days, gives us time to wrap up the remaining electrical and pack up the tools. Little chilly, but Friday is looking good for our first trip out.

Here's quick silent movie from Tuesday's test run.

The 34 pitch 4 blade props wouldn't hook up enough to get her on plane no matter what we tried. So I sourced a nice set of 6 blades, will try it again tomorrow.
