There's no easy way to put a cavitation plate on the Wiesmanns. However he advertised them as being full or simi-surfaced operation. With the power we have on tap, don't see any issue with speed no matter where they set.
How far back is your props with those surface drives? Any good pics?

Out of my head , the props sit 40 inch from the transom , I used angled spacers that mount between the transom and drives to correct the angle the drives need to be mounted to have all my driveline components in line.
The Arnesons can be trimmed down pretty far , so when getting in plane the drives are pushing the back up ,and The boat planes in a blink of an eye , especially in 1th gear 1,30:1 .
the Arnesons however do not have positive trim angle , unlike the drives you have that can be trimmed either positive or negative , I,m curious as to see how far the Weissman,s can be trimmed down ? Do you have a pic of that trimmed all the way down ?

I am sure Kidturbo will oblige with pics of drives all the way down. I will add though that transom to props is 60 inches....

The boat is doing great , I finish the build in 2014, and use her since, speed is not very fast at 63 mph , and 2900 rpm , instead of 3300 what yanmar says, The props are 25 spline and somewhat difficult to get a set to try out .the sizes I have are all around 27-30 pitch, but last winter I found a set 6 blade Rolla cleavers with 23,5 pitch , so I hope that the engines are at 3300 with these props , and hoping even more that The boat gains a few mph 🙏my goal was 70 mph 🤔

I m very curious to see how far the propshaft angle of attack is by full trimmed in , and if the shafts are pushing the stern up .
