We have tabs! They are installed @ 12 degrees rather than usual 24 - and set towards the drive where they will work effectively. With the X dimension raised 2", the drive set back an additional 7" and an Imco 2" shortie, the boat's running attitude should highly improve. Add 30" tabs and we should be able to ride them along the back.

Yes, the X is raised 2". Dan said it was buried before and it needed to come up to unlock the hull especially with the extension box = the reason for the 30" tabs.

Here's what the gauges look like in the new dash cluster.

LOL, we talked about how he should make a mold out of mine; it's a nice cluster with a factory look. I'll let him know he has an audience of interest.

Not quite there but it's a teaser. A ways to go still; pop-up indicators, helm box, Imco hydraulic tilt helm, install Livorsi Depth gauge, stereo/media controls, warning light, & a few more things.

Pop-up indicators are on order (custom made for this setup/style). They will sit where the original trim switches were. Looking to mount the Clarion remote control in the in the middle between Indicators & Trim Switches. An Imco helm (most likely with Tilt) will be installed and finished with an Isotta Ares steering wheel.
