Getting My Drive On!
The drive and hydraulic cylinders are in place. Now for more glass work then re-mount them for operation.
After everything is polished of course
The trim cylinder had to be cut down 4" in the cylinder tube to get it low enough on the transom to be below the turbine exhaust and still get full articulation for trim. Fortunately the hydraulic cylinder is excessively long with a extended bump stop on the inside. This allowed me to remove the bump stop and cut the cylinder to the correct length without affecting the 4" stroke.

The wiring harness is completed and made as simple as possible for all systems with Deutsh connectors at all the major components.
We are just about finished with all of the cockpit re-construction for the cooling fan cabinets and ventilation ducts. Should be finished with preliminary interior paint
early next week.
Below are pics of the low amperage distribution block and the dash with Boca Switches. All systems have been powered up and tested.
I disassembled the trim cylinder and modified it with a magnet incerted in the piston to actuate the digital trim indicator and made a custom bracket out of a piece of pipe to mount the sensor.
Everything that bronze or aluminum has been polished and coated with a clear ceramic coating.
