Lol! The yellow really does look awesome.
I’ll never forget the day after I got mine painted, there were two big bubbles under the paint that formed while drying that looked like tumors that really pissed me off

Thanks guys
appreciate the moral support, the last push was tough.
A week ago i was ready to part it out, the aggravation mellowed into just getting rid of the engine
Today its running, fingers crossed the fun work of testing and propping it can get started.

Nothing really happened, it was the last few items and several small details that needed ironing out all the while
soaking wet with sweat, slipping and sliding all over the boat, constantly wiping everything down
followed by about 4 oz of power steering fluid that squirted out of the cap all over me and the floor
while turning the steering wheel on my knees.
Getting in and out a hundred times for a metric deep well, what i was supposed to be installing
or to get dry clothes towels and more water
4 1/2 days of looking for an electrical problem that didnt exist, i left the big 'go no where' wire harness
On the top of the engine off and it wouldnt start. In fact now im wondering if the ground ring on it should attached
it looks like it was.
All my fault, but today with a hose in a 5 gallon gas tank on a ladder next to the boat the engine
is running smooth, sounding good, pumping water very well and has good throttle response.
