it weighs 11 pounds. approx template size is 18 x 53 1/2, the seat after trimming is 17 1/2 x 52
4 layers 1708, 1 layer 1-1/2 mat, 1/4 core. 138 ounces of resin poured, 116-120 ounces made it into the layup, that includes what got trimmed off.
if there is a formula that tells me the exact volumes and end weight i prolly wouldn't understand it, because, well my cyphering says to not ruin your shoes just don't wear none dummy !!

found out if you put 32 ounces of gel in a cup it squirts out when the lid goes on, so figured out approx 30 1/2 ounces plus tint and activator doesn't leak and spill all over, marked all my cups, poured the gel, measured the tint in a srynge and had no issues.
if i put money down i woulda lost, never thought this was gonna go off as nice as it did.
wore a tyvek suit and mask so no gel all over me and my bare feet.
better pics in a day or so

That had to hurt having all those glass splinters in your feet.

1 gallon fiberglass supply depot white w/ wax thru the cup gun #5 tip @ 40 psi (all the compressor can maintain) works real good, very light orange peel. Bumped the hose twice, and missed 1 1/8x1/16 spot w/ filler.
Should sand out nice or good enough for the type of girls i bring around.
suns in wrong spot probly more pics tomorrow

moving right along to the dog box, its shaping up ok but there are thousands of pin pricks all over it that i think are from laying it up with out gel as it was covered with upholstery from the factory and its getting gel now.

in the pictres the pin pricks can be seen but i think there is so many and are so small that shooting gel as a guide/build up coat s the only way to go. (touch up as needed and shoot on another final qaurt)

the bigger chunks as pictured will get swiped with 3m premium marine filler first, but my finish body sanding skills are lacking. The low spots that boarding reveals are so thin i think using gel is the way to go.

gel on the sides between the tape, tuffcoat non skid the rest.
