Twins are always better if the money of buying and maintaining one is not an issue. With the new ways to make small blocks run higher hp's reliably either way is sound. This boat is very hard to beat in rough water for a boat under 30' I have 100's of hours in and running side by side 28's and they are remarkable for their size. NK
