Default 1990 Twin Outboard 28 Offshore

Hello! I purchased a twin outboard 28 offshore last summer. We bought it as essentially a bare hull and have been putting it back together over the past ~1 year. We put it in on Father's Day and have been slowly working out the kinks. Here are some photos.

It used to be the Team Saber race boat back in it's early days!

The previous owner had it repainted white, with a black transom and orange cockpit.

They had sit down seats installed and changed it from the center steer but left the gauges on the wrong side of the boat. We bought it with most components removed.

And now we're on to working out the kinks and getting the engines setup properly. With the engines in the lowest possible position and props that came with the engines (Mirage Plus 21p with open vents) we hit a top speed of 63.5mph. We installed 23p Mirage Pluses (currently plugged vents) but have not been able to open it up yet, Next step is to raise the engines up and then start trying out different props. Any suggestions / comments on setup are certainly welcome.
