Got my oil pan today- bolted it up and looked through the oil drain bolt hole, and sure as sh!t the oil pickup bottoms on the pan, so now I have to order miloden pickups and a new oil pump(the old oil pickup is welded on) Its always something. So will I be able to sell this thing for 50K when I am done?
(That was a joke by the way)

Question- I already have two optimas, is that going to be enough power to run everything or do I need another one?

Are you doing any type of a sound system? How big are your alternators?

Two batteries is plenty for a basic radio....When I went with a couple of amps I got a third battery and mounted up front under the sink.

I got six and no worries with Three amps, full lighting in cockpit, and lots of electronics. Make sure you have enough juice to run the blender, everything else is optional...

Got all the wiring done in the bilge- except for the fuel sending unit. I am pretty sure I need a new one- are they just a common universal thing, or is there a special one I need to get? Also got the right oil pump pickup, got the oil pan on, and pretty much buttoned up the starboard engine. Hopefully be dropping it in this weekend. I will post more pics when I get a chance.
