Re: 30 ft s-type
It is worth it when its done....even if your wife hates it. Lucky for me there is no off season here and I get a lot of use out of the boat now that it is finished. Let me know if I can help. [email protected]

Yes the trim is wired direct...The fuses are under the dash mounted on the bulkhead...used a Blue Sea systems fuse block 12 posisition Pt#5026. The boat was completly re-wired. So I had an oppurtunity to do it the way I wanted it. The switches were cole hersee lighted toggles. The trim switches were cole hersee lighted rockers. The only thing I need are the round labels like the org. dash had for the switches. Can't find them anywhere....does anyone know??? My old ones were 2 faded and scratched up. Hope this helps...let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Re: 30 ft s-type
The best thing I did to the dash was buy the angled bezels from EDDIE MARINE. I can read the gauges while sitting or standing!!!! Also the layout I chose is awsome. I have my port engine on the top and stb. on the bottom... That way I can sweep from left to right and the needles just need to be in the same position.
