All I can say is WOW!!! A buddy of mine asked me for some help with his 77 30' Scarab so I started looking on here & found this & another thread that gave me a ton of info. Your boat is just plain trick with all of the little details that make so much of an impact when you see them. Do you still have the teak cabin doors? Threads like these make it easier for me to look at my projects & try to put some imagination into them so they aren't cookie cutter clones. Thanks for posting, I look forward to reading more. Randy

I have seen 74 out of it but I am only turning the engines 5000 RPM
I have a datatach prop slip gauge and I am amazed that with this older hull and TRS drives I am only seeing 10-11% slip!
I love that she cruises nicely at 50 MPH only turning 3500 RPM
