1997, 34' Scarab Fuel Consumption PH
G'day mates,
I'm new here and I'm seeking some advice on a 1997, 34' Scarab sports cruiser which I'm thinking of buying. The boat is running twin mercruiser engines (5.7 litre running on 2 alpha 1 legs) As I know nothing about these boats I was wondering, What would be the fuel consumption per hour at around 15mph, and cruise speed, 35mph? The owner says the Scarab has a top speed of 55mph and cruising speed of 35mph.
I was also wondering, if a 34' Scarab sports cruiser was suitable as a live aboard for one person, cruising the Australian coast,
Thanking you in advance for any advice.
Bill
