Sounds like your enjoying that like I am this lol. When I get the v berth done I will be done with all the wood forward of the cockpit.i will then finish the deck rot, do the headliner on the deck then whatever interior work I have to do before setting the deck on. I plan to do the cockpit stringers and floor and engine compartment after the deck is back on. It will be a big step when this thing is back one piece. I look forward to seeing your progress too brother. Maybe we will not die during these projects lol.

I’ve already screwed them into the blocks as well as into the stringers. It didn’t crack. The screw heads will also have a layer of 1708 over it.

All of them, but should be a walk in the park compared to what I’ve already done. I did the transom first thing when I started on the boat. So basically I’ve got four stringers under the cockpit then the cockpit floor. And then the three engine compartment stringers and that bulkhead.

I'm taking a little artistic liberty here. Obviously this boat isn't a Miami Vice boat, but it's gonna pretty much look like one, with the exception of a few things. One of which is the bolsters. I'm going with a little different style. I like the looks of these seats. I'm assuming they came in the scarab thunder since it's stitched on the back of the seat. I think they look good in this boat. I'll have them recovered when I have the cockpit upholstered.
Does anybody know who's boat this is? I saw it on the vice facebook page a while back..
Thanks Sick Stinger for these nice bolsters and a cool compass..

Also a big thanks to Dan (outonsafari) for hooking me up with some wiring parts and some vents for this boat. He wouldn’t let me pay him. Class guy. Thanks for the help Dan.

Little more tonight, did some grinding on the 1st layer of tabbing in the v berth...
Laying the 1708 in place and working the resin in. It took 1 1/4 gallons, which puts me at a little over 30 gallons so far.
I purposely overlapped the glass about ten inches in the middle for stiffness. I accidentally picked up this stuff instead of 1/2”. I used it anyway and it’s going to work fine and be a little lighter causing my boat to be .00001 mph faster lol.
brian worked on getting some wood ready to install in the gunnels. Will prolly glass that in Thursday...
