It will be naked aluminum like the 377 tv boats had.

Heath,
Regarding bulkhead fuel line routing, thought I'd just post how the factory did it. I know this was talked about early in this thread and Patrick can shed some light on the shortfalls of the stock set-up. I personally never had a problem with this set-up but I understand Patrick did. Good to see that new rub rail will mate flush with the old beak, one less headache.

That’s a little nicer than mine Andy. I think the termites enjoyed it a lot.

Heath, the problems I was having were that the fuel lines were -6 old braided fuel lines. I was running pump gas thru them and I think the alcohol attacked the rubber inside. I switched everything over to -8 pushlock fittings and alcohol resistant fuel hose. The -6 hose feeds the fuel fuel selector valve and if you look it the passage small. I would probably be fine up to 600 hp, but that is a big IF. I am going to switch mine over to an industrial rated valve. I found these ASCO valve that are 1/2 and rated for fuel and are 12VDC. These are the same brands that Ford uses at their dyno facilities to change the fuel feeding the dyno cells.

Ok I’ve already shown I’m crazy by restoring a 40 yr old boat but now I’ve really lost it by grinding down the hull sides in the engine compartment, applying filler and painting them like the outside, prolly the bulkhead too. Also worked on the instrument panel.

If we all had your ambition and resources we’d all do what your doing. We’re all a bit crazy. I’ve thought about doing what your doing, basically mirroring the outside of the hull on the inside. That’s going to be awesome!
Awesome work, again...!
