I believe "21SS" is the model number. Looks like 1987 the OB was offered (according to NADA).

looks like someone opened the fuel tank cover ... I don't have a good feeling about this

dang, you have your work cut out for you. I love the mid to late 80s Scarabs. The I, II and III. I always thought they were ahead of their time for styling. I always wished I could restore a Scarab III which the arch. Best of luck

this is proly why the tire blew yesterday ... non-marine steel wheel which is rusted throghout ?
new and temporary brake lights were installed at Homedepot parking lot ... just to get her home

the transom of the scarab-1-outboard is 25 inches

my 90 HP Yamaha is only 20 inches , thus I have to step-down the motor

luckily, the boat came with adjustable transom bracket
