Here is the way I am wiring the Gen circuit.
The engine will not spool unless the start/ Gen switch
is in Start mode. There is also a aux contact on one of the
big conatctors which provides a failsafe pulling out the Volatge
regulator.
All wires to starter are 2/0 awg Big stuff
I also used a third contactor two to tie the second engine
batteries in. (24volt parrell). If I need the extra kick in the
a$$.
Can use guys read this? it only took me freakin 5 uploads
I even neg it out.

Series optimas are in 24 volt.
Parrell Boat batteries in and mounted on starboard side to
offset some of the weight of the fresh water compressor
wash tank.

The first engine has passed the Test cell torture.
Here are some pictures taken from the operation.
What a setup.
Remember this engine has past for airworthyness.
This is reassuring to know incase the Cat goes Airborne

okay Gerry here are some numbers from our test run. These numbers represent a power setting required by the test program to determine what the engine is runing at 2400 feet with an inlet air temp of 80F and a barometer of 27.27. Yes it was 80F at 7:00 PM in Tucson AZ. last night. These engines are rated at 1400 SHP at 1125 FT.LB.TQ at sea level. So you will soon find out why our motto is "get out of the way".
