I hope I can pro long the agony for you guys
Before you install anything on your trailer brakes Paint them with Gas grill paint when there new...it's cheap and can withstand the heat ( yes paint the backings on the pads springs EVERYTHING) don't be afaid ain't no one going to see it so lay it on in a few good coats

The system I'm most interested in seeing is the electric /over hydraulic brake system

Noli, You can buy the whole system but at about 2k. Find out what axles you have dexter is what skater used on mine. You just unbolt the entire backing plate and bolt on new backing plate rotor and caliper (hydraulic) run all new lines up to tongue and install Electric/ hydraulic pump.Pump was about $600 alone . Easy to bleed just run the pump crack bleeder and make sure resovoir is full.
Check out the parts on any online trailer part co. Need to be careful first time out those breaks will throw you through the windshield !! They stop that good ! Fasten seatbelt
