Default Finally got to run the boat again

Lake Mead last weekend 87 degress, 1400' elevation, 5 people in the boat, 3/4 fuel, 5900 RPM 131MPH. 16 1/4 5 blade35P Merc's (so i was told). I would guess I am under propped. Love the accelleration from 90 to 125. Does anybody know if a Herring prop Pitch is bigger nromally than the same pitch Merc?
