We've done this swap at the Active Thunder factory specifically on a 28 Skater before. If you would like a quote, let me know.

When I talked to Peter about it he told me it depended on the size of the boat. He said on a smaller model (24/28?) it would be less than on a larger 40+. I think he said pricing started at around $5500.
BTW, he doesn't 'replace the tank(s)', he basically is just ripping up the floor and putting on a new coating on the tank walls that isn't affected by ethanol.
