Not that I'm aware of. I believe that Jim was always the throttleman for this boat.

Funny to see this thread active again. I actually drove by Jim's shop to see if it was still shrunk and stored on the property. Didn't see it and forgot about it. Awesome to see it found and work being conducted on it!
