Windshield, receiver, dash, + labor = $45k
New 6 seat interior from scratch = $25k
Stereo/GPS/etc = $15k
Flooring/LED/other misc = $5k

I would say you have to budget $100k to be safe for complete job with new style interior and good stereo, etc...

The next question is have the tanks been done?? If not figure another $20k atleast.

Most likely if you’ve done all that work, you would want a new paint job. So, even a simple paint job on that boat is going to be $50k.

add it all up and then go look at what the market has available for a lot newer cats around that $300k figure because at the end of the day when you go to sell it’s still a lot older boat than the others in the price range.

And after it's converted and painted, don't forget that you'll need to go through the motors, transmissions and drives because they're old and have been pushing a 13,000# 46' boat their entire life (trust me, they'll need it) - there's another $100k.

This boat quickly reminds me of the Christmas gift I like to get for my brother in law every year. I get him a $25 gift card to a high end steak house.

If I won the lottery I know what kind of boat to buy his cheap ass. Lol.

Fix it up and name it "Bully". Its going to take your lunch and kick you in the nuts when you ask for it back.

Very realistic observation! IMO just buy it and use it as is,

Or the easy, cheaper conversion is make it a 5 seater, quarter canopy boat.!

some of these prices are reasonable. Weve done 2 and a few on the schedule. Pricing totally depends also on rigging. Say the OP strips the boat and brings it stripped so all someone has to do is cut it and paint it sure it can be done reasonably. If you want to send a complete boat and pick up a complete boat, ya the numbers start to tumble.

By the time its all said and done, including paint I would guess at least 100k.
