See how the seats are made
the backs are held on by pine tree fasteners
u know the nissan maxima bumper holders
so popping them off and peeling off the original
vinly reveals a rough surface the inner backing is smooth and one could easily wax the inside
of the back and pull a smooth mold off it
making a nice back panel to paint
not sure i have the ambition.

The side panels did not require any sewing.
tearing them down reveals a center panel
with upper and lower panels.
the upper and lower are stapled then folded
back to the finish side creating a nice padded
tranistion line.
all foam was in decent shape and was reused
i was able to take this on myself after some instruction from my interior guy!

About three hours later
j at maritime design cut the pieces for me
i managed to do this without stapling my fingers together.

If we go back to the switch placement in 1996
They are off to the right pretty far for my skinny
t-rex arms to reach.
i decided to do a wrap style dash and although
my original military style toggle switches worked very well i started looking for replacement marine switches all over the internet.

mushroom cloud!

New wire is very popular with the center consoles and fishing boat community. From what I’ve seen and heard they are a great company to work with. Boat is looking good G, keep up the good work, don’t let the smoke out of those switches!
I’ll be starting my wiring project soon.
