Re: questions on a 42 sonic
I just got back from looking at the boat. Russ was nice enough to ride up with me and look at it. The boat had some small issues but over all it was in good shape for its age. The wife liked the boat so I guess I will be on the phone with john at offshore on Monday. Lapse if I buy the boat I will be in touch about the full cover due to the boat will be at a marina for the summer. Thanks for all of your help.

Are you stepping up to a 45'? Ever since I went for a ride on Crazy Greg's Sonic back in 2000, I was sold on a Sonic. Are you heading down to Miami again this year? We'll be at the Clevelander.

We went ahead and decided to buy the boat. The dealer has been a great help. Now I cant wait to get it home to do the few small things to it. I have decided to baby the engines this summer to this next fall were they will becoming out for rebuilding. Thanks for your help.

Congrats Terry, you will love the boat. If you need a great engine builder I use Kevin Brady with Dell marine in Jacksonville Fl. I have 187 trouble free hours now . Call if I can help 704-634-9004
Bill ,
I have a couple of boats in mind. We are repainting the boat now, it should be done in Feb. I want to see how she turns out before making a final decision. This should be a one of a kind paint job that will really turn some heads. I dont think we are going to Miami this year. We have moved into the new house and Sonya has turned her hobby of boating into house decorating. Come see us or call. The next club meeting is Jan 29 1:00 at the Rudder .http://www.carolinapowerboat.com/
Take Care

Re: questions on a 42 sonic
We went ahead and bought the boat. The sea trail went well on saturday and I wasreally happy with the ride inthe rough stuff. Got the cabin all cleaned up on sunday but found out that the hatch closes to the the cockpit is leaking at the seal. Any ideas on were I can get the seal from beside sonic. If sonic who to talk to down there.
