It's a 1990 sonic , just dyno'd at 705 hp 698 tq.
Peak power about 5300 rpms as far as hp. and torque crossing path's on the dyno sheets, but dyno'd all the way to 6000rpm
Any suggestions for the props and the expected speeds on this combination. Bravo drives standard X-dimensions for 1990.
This is for a friend, just wondering a good starting point.
Thanks

I had procharged 502s in my 1990 Sonic. 1 time, and 1 time only I hit 94.5 mph on GPS. Since then 91, and after that I could only get into the mid 80s. At 1 point during a seatrial, the mechanic melted the pistons in both motors. They rebuilt them and I never got above 85. He told me they dynoed @ 640hp each. He turned out to be shady mechanic so who knows what I really had
. But those were my #s.

My 31 w/525's runs 86-88 max...the pulleys are turned down so my boost is 7 pounds. The stock boost is under 5 and they say 40 horse per pound, that puts my 525's in the 600 hp range.I'm gonna say 92-95 is a pretty good guess.I'm running bravo 4 blade 30's with a little work so I would try some 34's.Just my .02

Sorry about your bad experience!
Hopefully his is much better, he bought the boat with the prochargers and ran it a season. Over the winter he had it at http://www.stevemorrisracingengines.com/ and he added a roller cam, changed the intake manifold and dynoed them. Steve is supposed to be one of the guru's on these prochargers. Steve is also the one that built the engine for the baja at last years shoot out at lake of the Ozarks that won one of the events down there .
Anyways Steve seems to be a real up and up kinda guy, so hopefully everything works out for every one.

He should be fine. The only thing that concerns me is 9 lbs of boost. Does he have Bravo drives? I did and never had a problem. Easy up on plane, and don't mash'em!!

Yes he has Bravo's, for the most part he seems to be overly careful.
What props did you run when you hit 94mph?
Was that on gps?
