Looking to upgrade the stock stereo system in my 31.
Anyone running (4) speakers in the cockpit? if so, where did you locate the other (2) and is that a good location?
Anyone running a sub, if so what size, where is it located and is that a good location now that it is being used.
Anyone running more than the two stock batteries? I was thinking about installing an additional one.
Not looking to go hog wild ... just replace the speakers and add (2) more in the cockpit along with a sub and amps.
Thanks

I'm running 6 Pioneer i believe 6.5's and two 10 inch Clarion free air subs
two subs and 6.5's are mounted under the rear seat makes a nice Box
two 6.5's behind the Bolster ear level when sitting down in the back seat
two 6.5's infront of the bolster one right above the outlet on the passenger side and below the shifter on the drivers side have no problem hearring when running
alpine amp 600 watts and a sony amp 800 watts never had a battery issue
Hope this helps

Hi Jeff, How's it going? I've got 2 pair of MB Quart 6x9's. The front ones are below the passenger's cup holder and the shifter. On my 26 the water tank is behind the port front speaker but there is enough room, just be careful when you cut the hole! I've got an Eclipse 4x75watt amp and it's not enough when running. Steve
