Sonic Customer Service
I just wanted to say that I just ordered some parts from Sonic and I am very pleased with their customer service. They were very professional and they returned my call within 24hrs with the info that I needed.

I was supposed to get a call back on some replacement rub rail today. I'll let you know.
Also, a while back (over 2 months) sent a couple of emails and never got a response. One thing that bugs me is are web sites that have a "contact us" button, but never seem to check their email. Often, based on tine, etc., its much easier to shoot of a quick email rather than making a phone call.
Oh well .............

Amen. A while back, I found a piece of real estate I was interested in. Clicked on the "For more Info". All I received was an automated response telling me someone would follow up. 6 weeks later, nothing. Think I'll ever use that broker?
I wonder how much business these people are losing? Is this indicative of service levels after the sale?
On the bright side, I'm looking for a hydraulic steering setup. Emailed WPM for info yesterday am, got a response a few hours later. Makes me more likely to do business with them.

I have WPM's full system on my Fountain and I like it very much. I bought it from the west WPM because I was a newbie and hadn't made the connection to Bruce, but WPM was very helpfull on the 1 or 2 questions I had while installing it. It was very easy to do and it works very well.

Call Linda in Parts at Offshore Performance in MD about the rubrail. I know it is going through the dealer, but Linda has never let me down.
