Default New boat building process

A few of you are asking about the new process at Sonic. Well I can tell you exactly because I'm the one that turned them on to this. It's called vacum infusion. 3Tex is the supplier of fiberglass material. Baltek makes the core material. I don't think they have weighed the boats to really know the difference but I don't want to speak on their behalf.

No I do not sell the product at this time, but I did have a consulting agreement and sponsorship with 3Tex last year. I have the 45 Sonic with trip 575's. called Pay2Play The boat was front page Poker Runs America last fall. I have owned a total of three Sonics and now also have a 130mph Spectre cat 30'. I do a lot of Poker Runs each year. I can answer most of the questions related to the infusion process.

That is an AWESOME boat Byron.

I've seen it's for sale (can't afford it, though).

What in the world would come after a boat like that?

You asked what kind of boat next? It just has to be a cat. I do Poker Runs and if you want to run out front you better have a cat!

I think Sparky at Viscous Marine is going to make a cat that way.

Yes I'm going to try and hit Lake Cunmberland again this year, I really like the salt and or ocean water better but that is a great place. I boat between Myrtle Beach, Wilmington and Morehead City when I'm around town. Remember guys that next weekend is the Washington NC Poker Run. I'm the lunch sponsor for everyone, so lets try to get a bunch of boats for this one!
