260 prowler owners
Hi owners,
Currectly building some interest in the 260 prowler.
I am in the lake Champlain NY-VT area and I'd like to ear from owners in my region. For sale or not, I would be gratefull if I could visit a 260 without having to travel 6-8 hours!
Never seen one... Lake geroge would also be OK.
Thanks to all

Contact OSO memeber BobbyB. He has a friend that has a 26 Prowler for sale. Unfortunately the boat is located in Maryland but may be worth the trip. Have seen the boat personally and was quite impressed. Reasonably priced too.

you could look at mine if you wanted to i'm 30 miles south of albany,it's not forsale though, but in it's class thats the only boat i'd buy, lot's of creature comforts, very nice ride, yeah some porpoise, but if you know how to run the boat it's smooth sailing, last year with the smaller blower i was running mid 80's,this year i added a bigger blower and external steering,if your looking at one i couldn't tell ya what to watch or look for cause i've never had any problem's with mine, good luck, dave

is BobbyB's buddy Steve's boat. Its IMMACULATE. I thought I kept my 26' Sonic clean, but this one tops mine hands down. Everything Steve owns is spotless, and I aside from a few nights on the water, this boat is garaged every night.
I sold my 1999 Sonic 260 Prowler with an HP500EFI pushing 300 hours on the boat, 200 on the engine. I sold it sight unseen across the country 1 year ago, and the new owner is still gleaming.

js232,
26Sonic's boat looks like it just came off the showroom. He has done many upgrades. It runs really strong and handles rough water good. You will see in the pics he sent he added the FX carbon fiber dash plates which looks awesome. You should drive down and see it, it will be worth every mile.
