Default Heading to Nashville area

Hey guys, Ms. Patriyacht suggested I stop by here.

Looks like I'm relocating up near Nashville within the next few months. Woud like to stay within an hour, half an hour if possible.

Someplace that kind of centrally located to the lakes, I've been looking around mostly on the north and east sides.

Any info you guys could give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

FO,
My wife Tonya is a real estate agent here in Nashville. She has an associate (Lee Courtwright) who specializes in lake area real estate. I will get you his #s.
Recommended (lake) areas would be Hendersonville, Gallatin, Old Hickory, Mt. Juliet, or Lebanon.
Lowest area property taxes are in Wilson County (Lebanon/ Mt. Juliet/part of Old Hickory).
No state income income taxes . Good area economy.
BTW, nice Sting Ray!
Regards,
Steve

Thanks guys. I'm going to be getting hold of some of you shortly. My brother and I are planning the "scope it out trip" now and as time gets closer I'll have some specific questions.

We're going up for the music industry but I have 30 years experience in cabinets/construction industry to fall back on.

Russ
