While I do not live near or in Teirra Verde I do frequent this area on my boat often. Both the old marina with the hotel and the other Teirra Verde Marina that was going to have the WET resurant and bar needs to be re-done badly. I too hope this happens quickly but I have doubts due to an economy that is still suffering greatly.

Just received via bill box(mail-box) a brochure from Tierra Verde Marine Resort- advertising discount slots-ready to build a new hotel, swimming pool and resturant....I know they already have new concrete floating docks..Hope they put their work and money where their news is....Mike--Tampa Bay !!! Google It---
