Default help in St pete Fl

Looking for a good shop for repairs have 350 that does not want to run in the water, runs fine on land..... Help I am tired of messing with it and would like another opinion some one to look to see what the issue is. i am in st Pete Fl and would love to get some recommendations on shops or people to contact, as I am nervous of just making contact to randoms and not getting the issue resolved..
thank you
