Boating around Vero Beach, FL
My young family and I are moving down to Vero Beach second week of July. We plan to use the ramp by the Museum, or Merril P Barber bridge. Our boat is a Warlock 29' World Class with a Whipple'd 500efi. Anyone on here boat around this area? Looking for advise on where the best sandbars/ watering holes are? Anything good up towards Melbourne? I'm aware of Riverside and Capt. Hirams. Thanks!

Thanks for the info, Ken! We can't wait to get down there and enjoy boating, fishing, diving and surfing all year long again! We've spent a lot of time in Vero, just oddly enough never on the water. When I bought my first Warlock (25' World Class) we were living in West Palm beach, FL and loved boating down there.
Looking forward to exploring the Indian river/ Melbourne area. I will be in touch.
Cheers,
Cal

I'm a little further south and tend to use the boat around the Miami area. Just wanted to say nice Warlock, we used to have a 23XRI, solid boat, sold to a friend and its still running like a champ and its 20 years old now. I'm guessing your 29 hauls the mail with that motor. Definitely keep your eye out for the Toys for Tots fun run in Palatka on the St. Johns river in December, its a good time.
