Plum Crazy thank you for your reply! It’s been tough. Now about that interior you sent pics of. That’s gorgeous man. Never gave the black an red a thought but after seeing it I really like it! Any other ideas please send em sir👍👍

Man sorry for not checking back sooner lol. Your boat would be one of the first boats I actually helped build.
I have no idea how many boats were built each year. Starting in 98-99 the majority of boats built were the 36’. As far as race boats go, all the 30’ race boats were outboards. Some were open cockpit and a few canopy boats. The most notable race boat is a 36 that was originally run as zipp express. The boat changed names to 2nd amendment in 2013 I believe.

What props and lowers are on your boat?
a couple years ago I helped a member on here with his 98 30 i/o. It had imco -1 lowered and whipple 500 efi’s. When we started the boat ran 104. After some setup changes on the lowers and a set of herring props he is now seeing 125. There is a lot of potential in that hull once you get the drives higher. They were too deep originally

If you did some black flooring and maybe some black mat on the deck like I did, you could get some separation from the paint and go all red like this...
