Sam is still doing his breakin, but I suspect it will do about 82-83mph when everything is dialed in right. There are actually two of these Raylar equipped 288's and I know the other boat has hit 82-83 also.

finaly got out for a good speed run today. I only have 16 hours on the boat.
my brother died and I have been dealing with his affairs.
Down river 82.1 on my handheld GPS ( 85 on the Livorsi dream-o-meter) up river 78.8 ~ 1/4 tank of gas and just me on the boat. Perfect boat for my part of the river. It's a shame I'll have to put her away in a month. I'm just learning how to drive it and having fun blowing away the local Bajas and checkmates

Thanks Tom my brother was 44 years old 6'5" 275 and had never been sick went to the hospital with abdominal pain and was dead of cancer 5 weeks latter. sure makes you stop and appreciate life.
