lol...well like i said, nice # to be running. I'm still a little sceptical of getting into the mid 80's with mine just don't see how I'm gonna pick up 4-5 with prop work.

CMI Sport Tube Headers Really Woke Up my 496HO's! and allowed me to run a 32 pitch prop and still be at 5100 rpm's W.O.T.

LA, my next edition will be Raylar BCK103 engine kits and see mid -90 mile per hour performance with stock exhaust and a few miles an hour faster with the exhaust header upgrades.

I have looked into that option...I'm not quite mechanically inclined enough to attempt the kit install myself plus I have bravo X drives and I think I'd be better off with XR's and the extra HP so it gets pretty $$$$ but I still think about it A LOT!!! I also keep my eyes and ears pealed for a good deal on a pair of 525's better yet...are the new 600 sci's still for sale in the classifieds????

Give Tyler crockett a call hes making 575 dyno h.p. from h.o.'s and quoted me 6500$ to do it and that's a complete rebuild, pistons, heads, ecu, etc etc.... all u need is headers

He also sed my bravo would handle it no problem...

I'll check into that option....depending on headers that's gonna add 3 to 5k x 2 for me which isn't too bad but the engine upgrades are a year away for me right now...still need to get a few more hours out of what i have.

for sure.......mercury states the bravo x is good for 600hp, and probably under rated at that. Now I wouldn't be bolted a 1075 to it or something along that note
