Question on steps for Dave/Denny
Dave stated that the 288 is no longer available in the non-stepped version. Why was the decison made to go to a stepped version? Sunsation was one of the few companies left to produce a conventional (or close) hull and was hoping that the step fad would pass them by

Indy,
Performance, ride & handling to name a few. While we may have never changed the botton over the years, we're always improving on our product in some way each year. This year was the bottom, it all but eliminated the slight porpose in flat water the our owners have mentioned to us and gave us about a 2 mph increase as well. A extremely stable new hull all around. We spend most of the fall and winter perfecting this new bottom before bringing it into production, every single person that has been in the new 288 has been extremely impressed as we believe everyone else will who spends time in the new 288. If we had ANY reservation what so ever, we'd never have made the change. You'll like it !!

The 288 is NOW the package in the 26- 28 foot range. With this modification to the hull, our boat dominates against the others in this size. Hands down ! Its the BOMB.

The dash helm has been modified on the faring model with easier to read Monster Livorsi Gauges along with more leg and knee room, the same also applies to the windshield version.

Questions:
1. Is the Mid cabin still available?
2. Can the stereo go in the cabin with a remote at the helm?
3. Is there a price increase, if so how much?
4. with the new dash is there room for a gps on the dash?
Thanks

Hebert,
Absolutly the Mid-Cabin is available, it also has the new bottom. All stereos are mounted in the cabin with a remote in the helm area. Our annual price increase is effective Aug 1st. Depends on the display size of your GPS display. if its a little large we'll mount it under the review mirror area above the cabin entry way.
Hope this helps.
