Thats a light estimate, When he bought the compound from nigel mansel more than 5 years ago he paid 13 million plus for the estate and it did not include one of the small guest houses on the estate, nigel wanted to keep it for a holiday spot, Hugh later bought the house from nigel for 1.5 mil or so the house is actually the original Fort Harrison military fort, He has to get all kinds of permission to paint or change anything on the house or grounds, it's a state landmark... I have been there delivering his 2 skaters and it's awesome...
