P4 in Key west

gentlemen- i think some of the problem can be traced right up the ladder to p-2. i think the 35 fountain wouldnt be trying to run p-4 if he thought he had a shot at winning against a super vee unlimited that was allowed to register p-2 in sarasota. im sure they just figure that since this boat was allowed to move down to a class they could easily win why couldnt they do it? there is no easy solution and i have faith that richie and john will do the right thing whether its re-open p-3 or not let boats drop down in class unless their class disappears. when we dropped down in class we did it because super vee with sealed 525s basically disappeared so we went to the class that we fit best into which was p-2 where we had some of the best racing i have ever seen. i hope this problem is worked out because im afraid its going to hurt our sport further at a time when we can least afford it.

The Pump IT boat should stay in p2 that's the right class for that boat, it's a 35 fountain bravo drive 525 or 500efi. Rock Star should run p1, where they were all last year . MAKE YOUR BOAT FIT THE CLASS OR DON'T RACE!!!!!!!!!

Just to clear things up were not the 35 Fountain that is being talked about being in P4, were either running P2 or P3. If no boats show up for P2 and there are some in P3, we'll run there and vice versa. We want to race not just go run around a course with no one else in the class
