That boat was originally built for Gary H here in CT; he now has a Y2K.
Then a guy Ken did a whole bunch of work to it that is well documented here on OSO in a thread.
The seller must be the 4th or 5th owner.

yeah the boat is clean and well done....I detailed it for the last owner when he first put the 300xs on before the paint job....in my OPINION the factory yellow and black gelcoat was nicer than the simple black and white paintjob thats on there now but to each there own.....

the previous owner, Kevin, wanted the boat to look like a 22 Donzi, that is the paint scheme he wanted so that is what I gave him.
I did tell him it would no longer look like a superboat, but in the end when the man paying the bills wants he gets. I actually think it did turn out pretty classy and simple- it will never get outdated.
I know George might be more OEM, but I can agree with the old owner that the original colors might have been ok, but the gel scheme left much to be desired.
Its safe to say the previous owner put over $45k in that boat, he had custom upholstry made, along with the newer XS power, gauges, bezels, steering, professional rigging, etc.
Kevin did not skimp when he had things done to the boat, and always had it done by professionals.
