Wow! Nice boat. You should be able to turn more than a 23P with a 454. I was running a 26P bravo on my 24 w/385HP and a 28P bravo after I went to 425HP. I'd think about adding hydraulic steering.

Thanks. I figured maybe a 25P. Any suggestions on style of prop? Hydraulic steering, and maybe aftermarket exhaust manifolds next summer maybe.

I don't know a lot about the 21, but a bravo ran great on my 24. It chine walked all over with a Mirage+.
