Thank very much. We're so happy with it
Well, it's not set up well for speed. I swapped out those V8 Johnsons for a couple of really clean 225 EFI's from a friend and and while they run wonderfully, the power is not surprisningly way less. So far I've run 64mph at 5000rpm with two 300lbs guys and about 40 gallons of fuel. The motors are 25" so they're pretty deep PLUS I'm spinning the same SS 4 blades that were on those V8's. Clearly not setup for speed, but to be honest how we like to use it the top speed really isn't important. The Puget Sound can get pretty nasty at times and so far the boat is performing flawlessly.
Thanks again guys. Have a great Labor Day
