You can send your cabin door/steps to us, and I can fiberglass in a new mounting bracket. Around $ 50 to glass in the new support and another $ 55.00 for the hardware. A new mounting block will have to be installed in the companionway though. You can probably take care of that. I will send you a template of the mounting block, and instructions where to mount it. Contact John, 631-226-1761 if you want me to retrofit the door for you.

Rick, Thanks for the info. It sounds simple enough. As soon as boating season is over I will make arrangements with John to take a trip down and drop the door off so you can glass in the new mounting block.
Thanks again for the information,
SB30-Scott

Keith !!!!
Whats up !!! Long Islands, Great South Bay isn't good enough ? You have to hoof it all the way to Conn. ???? No better boating then here on Long Island.
Hmmmmm......Now I'm wondering if I should send the picture I took today after John installed the motor. LOL

YES!!! Does this mean I can stop making those phhhhbbbbbbbbttttttttttt sounds? Hey, what better way to show off all your hard work than in a group of fellow boaters? Take that Friday off and we'll do the local waters with you and JC!! We're pumped! We've still got weeks of boating weather here in TX (sorry locals......), so we'll be ready to get her home and finsh the shakedown, Texas Style!

LOL, FX-10!
Anyone recommend a good hotel near SB home shop? Remember I have a big trailer and the local streets are tight. We'll roll in Thursday night and Stay Fri night too.
