Hey Guys,
The ZUPERBOAT had an Imco extension box with a Bravo originally.
That boat ran dam near 100mph with a 750HP MRD. I wish Mike would fine that HOT BOAT article for us...
I think he only changed it because the Bravos kept blowing up...

Gary,
Finally finished sanding and sprayed the gelcoat on Babi. It came out beautiful !!! Now........Monday (weather permitting) I'll sand and wet sand the bottom, then compound. I'm putting up the first pics of the blueprinting job. Anyone with experience will be able to see what I did. The rest of you wont notice it. Anyway, keep in mind that it was just gelcoated and still has to be sanded and compounded. Thats why it has an orange peel texture.
And Gary, are you paying attention about the extension box ????
Rick

That is a very complex bottom. It looks great.
Some questions if I could?
If I can recall, the 30 used to be a straight V bottom. Who redesigned the multi-step version?
Also, The last step ( to the rear) is the deepest and extends to the chines.
Historically this last freeing up of the bottom results in a situation on a lot of step bottom boats where they spin out on hard turns.
What is your experience in the turning characteristics with this particular bottom?
Adding rocker on a multi-step boat... This can't be a simple affair!
