I myself would not buy a rebuilt drive and expect to put real power to it. My point was if lightspeed said its mint Im sure its worth every cent.

Mike I also would not buy a rebuilt, thats why I am intrested on knowing hours and what motor and boat it came from, a 496, 0r a 525 with LOW HOURS perhaps could be a deal. Or a couple of thousand more I could end up with a new XR.

Depends who rebuilds it. Mine was rebuilt and made it through close to 2 seasons now. I'm hoping to squeeze another!!

Its A 1.5 Ratio 25Hrs Of Use Its A 03 Came Off A Twin Engine Fountain That The Guy Up Dated Power And Drives,He Had 525s In It Now He Has 1000 HP And #6s I Bought It For A Spare For The Kryptonite. Now That I Am Boatless I Dont Need It

Gary, why is it taking soo long for Potter to get you the motor? It takes a month+ to build?
