Gary before you put the boat away for the winter you need to do a speed run. Run the fuel down to a 1/4 tank, with the cold temps and wind these days you can get some air under the boat and pull the best numbers of the year rite about now.
I bet you come up with some good numbers.

im on the trailer and all cleaned for the winter. I think im going to try and make Jerryfest at gilgo this sat. If i can go it will be my last run. I was able to get some more weight out of my boat, The old windsheild was 40lbs the new one 5lbs. the old seats 140lbs the buckets 30lbs. And last was about 18 gallons of fuel stuck in the front of the gas tank, removed. Thats worth 125lbs out. The boat feals pretty flightyyyyy.

I am going to try and make gilgo this weekend, then booked for two weekends, so probably gonna have to wrap her up, but I always like to sneak in one ride in November, cold, no one out there, great boating!
