Default Big Red

I loved the big red one. We delivered to a NJ garage owner(not sure) who had Ferrara build up the engines and we installed. We took it right out of the Factory and dropped it into the water. With tight engines and test props we got 92. That was in the days we could "Run the River" Hope that I haven't confused the boats.

It's supposed to have a 150 gallon tank. It was dead empty (obviously) and only took 90 gallons. The gauge read empty when it was empty and full with 90 gallons. Something's not right.

Default Looking for a red 1972 Gran Sport 180 I/O

Originally from Ohio, red w/white stripe. Was purchased new from Lake Hopocan NJ. in 1972, Had a white interior and custom made steel stringer motor mount. Would like to buy back to restore for original owner. Had a Flagship big block and I believe an old #2 mercruiser. Any info would be appreciated.
