PROPS: 30P Maximus
Pair of 30P Maximus at 15 1/8 diameter with the difuser ring still attached. Leading edges (approx 1 inch) of the blades have been tappered but not thinned through-out. Less than 2 hour testing since these came back from the prop shop. Pics to come but these look perfect!!!

That may not be the proper terminology.......I didn't want to "lab" the props but we did want to get the rpm's up a little when we made so adjustments to the props. Normally the blades are thick from the back side nearly all the way to the leading (thin) edge and then come to a quick/sharp point. I had them thinned slightly/or sharpened starting about an inch back from the leading edge so they would cut more efficiently through the water. (not a true Lab job, but kinda like somewhere in the middle so the integrity of the prop blades are not compromised)

Labbed 28 Maximus that are 15 5/8 diameter I spin to 5,300...also have a set of 32 Bravos that have been worked into 33's that provide great cruise speed but only get the rpm's up to about 5,000. I'd like to try a set of Labbed 32's...should get the boat over 85.
